What is FITNESS BOOT KAMP?

It is a comprehensive physical conditional program that combines the expertise and benefits of one on one personal training with the comaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you.  This co-ed group exercise program is designed to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular stamina and tone muscle.

Who goes to FITNESS BOOT KAMP?

They are people just like you.  Someone who is looking for a little motivation to start or change up their fitness and wellness program.  Most participants have some history of exercise, but it is not required.  Our instructor will be able to modify the workouts to accomodate every fitness level without affecting the rest of the class.

What is typical workout session like?

Our workouts combine strength and cardiovascular exercises such as jogging, jumping rope, pushups, medicine ball tosses, squats, lunges and advanced core exercise with the Ball and BOSU Balance Trainer.  The program is progressive, meaning the intensity builds as your fitness level improves.  Our instructor keeps things lively by continously developing new routines for challenging workouts.

What kind of results should I expect?

Participants can expect to improve muscle tone, decrease body fat, develop overall muscular strength, increase stamina and burn calories!!
