CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BODY SCULPT: A 60 minute class focusing on developing core (abdominal and lower back) strength, increase muscle tone and improve balance. Equipment may consist of weights, mats, stability balls, and resistance bands.
CARDIO STEP: A 60 minute cardio class focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and fat burning. In this intense class you’re constantly moving with simple dance movements and light resistance exercises. Equipment may consist of light weights, step, and one's own body weight.
CARDIO KICK: A 60 minute class focusing on fat burning and muscle tone. Movements may be a combination of
kickboxing, strength exercises and pilates.
Equipment may consist of weights and mats.
SENIOR AEROBICS: A 60 minute class for the older adult that focuses
on developing cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and balance. Movements are low impact and may include
simple dance moves and strength exercises.
Equipment may consist of light weights, step, and one's own body weight.
Participants should arrive approximately 10 minutes before class so they can have their equipment ready for class.
All classes start out with a warm-up segment, followed with a brief stretch. The workout is then completed with a cool down segment and then into a relaxing stretch. All classes are modified to meet individual participants needs.
