We now have Yoga class on Tuesdays at 5 pm.


This Yoga Fit class targets the mainstream fitness enthusiast looking to benefit from Yoga without the meditation and spiritual aspects.  The  class incorporates smooth movements and controlled breathing to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.  Members can enjoy the Yoga class for an additional $2 per class and non-members can participate for only $8 per class.  During the month of February, anyone who participates in the yoga class class will receive their first class for FREE!   Stop in today and get started.
